Spotlight on Decor has a vast network of wholesale and manufacturer product sources and many of the items recommended can be purchased through Spotlight on Decor for Preferred Customer pricing. Recommendations of trusted trades such as painters, electricians and plumbers will also be provided. For busy home sellers, shopping services are available at the rate of $150 per hour plus HST and invoiced at the time of delivery.

Option 1: Home Showcasing Consultation & Checklist.
Fees: $150 per hour plus HST.This is the option for you if you wish to be fully involved in the home showcasing preparation. 90% of our clients use this option to prepare their home. This option may involve a second visit.
Allow minimum of 2 hours for initial visit. Within 24 hours we send you a Personalized Home Showcasing Checklist for you to follow including the Top 10 Best Things to Do and the Top 10 Worst Things to Do. A second visit is often recommended before photos are taken. (Total billable time typically 4 hours)
We Do It
Option 2: Home Showcasing Comprehensive Service.
Fees: Custom quote.This is the option for clients who are hands-off and prefer to assign the entire Home Showcasing tasks to Spotlight on Decor. After an initial assessment, Spotlight on Decor will provide recommendations and trades to bring the home to saleable ready. Our team of experts cover every task from professional organizers to window cleaners, flooring specialists, plumbers, electricians, painters, home repair contractors, right through to art and furniture rental.
