Hallway

The long, long lower-level hallway led a depressing journey to other rooms with its dark paneled walls and sparse lighting. We chose 4 shades of Green to lighten and add life to this dingy passageway. The dark wood paneled walls were primed and painted almost white with a hint of green. A light shade of green was used for the baseboard and doorway trims, a medium green was used on the three doors and a dark green was used on the furthest door.

Dark colours advance and we needed to “shorten” this hallway as well as brighten it. We added mirrors to reflect light to visually widen the narrow spaces and art work to break up the length. This once-spooky hallway now leads you down a path of life and energy.

Testimonials

I attended one of your courses; very helpful. And, I purchased 6 of your books; 1 for myself and the rest for for friends & family. We each find them useful in day-to-day home organizing.
Thank you so much for your suggestions and continuing advice. It’s a book to live with in addition to presenting a property for sale!
I live my life more organized which leads to less stress and a better feeling of success.
Kudos to you!
With much appreciation, Tammy
